Cancelling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.
For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, a 100% fee of the scheduled service will apply.

Arriving late

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or, if the appointment can no longer be completed, may be considered a late cancellation.
