Cookie Policy

NOZAIA only uses cookies that are necessary for the platform to work. We do not place any advertising or tracking cookies and do not track visitors for marketing purposes.

Which cookies we use

• Login/session cookies: keep you logged in while you use the dashboard (via Supabase Authentication). Necessary in order to use the platform.
• Preference cookies: remember, for example, whether you have already seen the introductory video on the dashboard, so that we do not keep showing it again, and which language you chose on this website.

Because these cookies are necessary for the platform to function, no separate consent is required for placing them under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet).

Counting visitors without cookies

We do count how many people visit this website, but we do so without cookies and without storing your IP address. Your IP address and browser are converted into a key using a secret value that is replaced every day, so that two pages viewed on the same day can be recognised as one visit. From one day to the next, that key no longer matches: you cannot be followed over time, and we cannot tell who you are. We record only the page you visited, the website you came from (if any), your country and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer.

Third-party cookies

Our payment provider Stripe may place technical cookies during checkout that are needed to process a payment securely and to prevent fraud. These are outside our control; please see Stripe's privacy policy for more information.

Disabling cookies

You can disable cookies yourself via your browser settings. Please note: without the necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in to the NOZAIA dashboard.
