See a review or a photo on a salon's page that should not be there? Use the "Report" button next to it. That goes straight to us, not to the salon. We remove content that is hurtful, that did not really happen, or that contains someone else's personal details.
Your own data
Clients can view and delete their data in their client portal. Salons find it under Settings, then Subscription. Cannot find it? Email us.
