One price per location. Not per team member.

One price for your salon, not for every chair in it. Many booking systems charge per team member, so a team of six costs six times what one person costs. With NOZAIA a team of six pays exactly what a team of two pays. The bigger your team, the bigger the difference.

Nothing is metered. Confirmations, reminders, review requests, birthday messages, payment reminders and newsletters all go out by email, as many as you need, at no extra cost. Elsewhere these are billed per message, and that bill grows with every appointment you take.

We never take a cut of your bookings. Every appointment through your own page, your widget or your client portal is yours, and your card fees go to the payment provider rather than to us.

And this is what is included: your calendar, your own booking page and a widget for your website, a till with invoices and stock, marketing with newsletters and discount codes, revenue figures and a VAT overview, roles and permissions, rota, pay and commission, a client portal where your clients manage their own appointments, and ZIA, the AI receptionist who answers visitors' questions on your page day and night.

No. You start your 14 days with just your name, your salon name, an email address and a password. Nothing is charged during the trial.

A few days before your trial ends we email you to choose a plan. If you do not choose one, nothing is charged and your account simply pauses, with your calendar, clients and settings kept exactly as you left them.

No. You pay for your plan and nothing else. Appointments, emails, your booking page, your widget and your client portal are all included, however much you use them.

Two things do cost money, and both are visible up front. Online card payments carry a fee from the payment provider, not from us. And the AI features use credits; every plan comes with a monthly allowance, and when it runs out the AI pauses rather than quietly charging you.

No. The price is per location. Each plan does have a maximum number of team members: Start is for up to two, Pro for up to six, and Studio is unlimited. Within that, hiring someone never changes your bill.

Nothing. Everything we send to your clients goes by email and is included in every plan, with no limit and no per-message charge.

Text message reminders are an optional add-on: you buy a bundle of SMS credit and only pay for what you send. WhatsApp reminders cost nothing: one tap opens WhatsApp with the reminder filled in, and you send it from your own number.

No, not for any booking, new client or returning one. Clients who find you through your own page or your widget are your clients, and we never take a percentage of them.

Start is for one or two people and has everything you need to run a salon: calendar, booking page, till, invoices, stock, marketing and reporting.

Pro is for a team. On top of Start you get roles and permissions, commission per team member, pay and pay runs, timesheets, your own branding on your site and in your emails, and the AI features including ZIA.

Studio is the same as Pro with unlimited team members and priority support.

Yes. ZIA, the AI basics, the site builder and the email builder can each be added alongside Start. Move to a plan that already includes them and the add-on stops by itself.

No. Monthly plans are cancelled monthly. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. You can import your clients, your services, your appointment history and your reviews from an export file, including files from the systems most salons are coming from.

We can also read your current booking page and pick up your services, prices, opening hours and team from it, so you do not have to type it all again.

Rather have it done for you? The switching service is a one-off add-on: you send us the export file and we move everything across and set up your page.

You keep paying your current price. A price change only applies to new accounts.

You pay for ten months and get twelve: two months free, or 16.7% off.

It moves with you. The discount belongs to your account, not your plan. If you cancel, the discount ends for good, but your member number stays with your salon.
