Cancelling

To respect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation NoticePlease provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. Late CancellationsAppointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

No-shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price or may be required to pay a deposit before booking again.

Arriving late

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

Other

Deposits paid to secure an appointment may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the salon’s stated policy and applicable law.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. Exceptions may be considered at the salon’s discretion.
